What is your current rear derailleur? On some frames, Shimano's long cage road rd's will work with a 32T big cog and on some it won't so you would have to try yours and see.

If yours doesn't work or you have a short cage road derailleur, any Shimano MTB rear derailleur will work. All current Shimano rear derailleurs, both road and MTB, will work with Shimano brifters.
