washer is stuck now what?

i have a zipp 300 cranckset mated with a megaquad ti fsa and the set up is giving me problems so i decided to change the bb to a token. the problem is that while trying to extract the cranck arms i forgot to remove the washer on the right hand side and it appears that the left bolt was over tighten so it appears that both washerrs are stuck is there a way to remove the washers without damaging the treads.

a picture is worth a 1000 words. I don't quite understand how your washer is stuck.

Try knocking them or tapping them with a thin instrument - such a the handle of a small screwdriver. Or try to get a small screwdriver to one-side of the hole and gently pry it up. GENTLY.

Spray with a lubricant first - penetrating-oil would be your best bet.

Longer lever arm might help, 6-8" by1/2" bolt, nut above and below washer(s). Put bolt in
vise and try to unscrew the crank from the washers. Tork the nuts tight first, consider
lock washers between nuts and the bound up flat washer. Try to avoid levering the
washers up and down, just rotate the crank and pull at the same time. Might preserve the
threads that way.
