How to remove FSA K-Force Crank arm. . .

So. . .I am replacing my FSA k-force cranks and removed the dust cover and the 'fixing screw' but the left crank arm won't come off (even though the FSA instructions say simply remove the fixing screw to get the left crank arm off). I get out my crank puller but it is to small to thread into the crank arm. . .do I simply need a new, larger crank puller? Perhaps this:

Or is something else going on here?

Thanks
Adam

put it all back together. You have a one key release system. There is no need to take off that dust cover. Just unscrew the 8mm with the dust cap on and your crank will come off
