General grease/lube for HB, BB, and Wheel Hub bearings.

I’m looking around for some decent grease for the bearings in this thread title, any recommendations?

I’ve had a good look at this lube:

I've got some of the same stuff, and while it seems to work quite well, I haven't been using it long enough to really be of any help (only a couple weeks on one bike).

I've heard good things about this stuff:

I've used Phil grease for the 20+ years I've been working on bikes and it's always worked extremely well. It's over-priced in the 3 oz tubes but the 14 oz cylinders or 22 oz tubs are reasonable. Buy a refillable grease gun (Duelco) to allow feeding just enough grease where you need it and to keep the stuff in the bulk container clean.

BTW, a search will turn up a ton of threads on this subject as it seem to appear every week or so and rapidly grows to 3 or more pages, often quite heated.
