There are a few pre-built wheelsets that appear to use Pillar Spokes -- does anyone know if there is a source for buying single replacement spokes or boxes for wheelbuilds?

I contacted Pillar online but haven't gotten a response. I am hoping some mechanics out there may have encountered a supplier.

I've tried sourcing them before the only one after scouring many sites is www.bikyle.com The only reason I wanted them because they were the only super bladed spokes I could find. I contacted them a couple months ago - they said they don't stock them but they can be ordered.

Found some hoshi spokes sold by EAI instead a couple months later and got those. Pillar also has a taiwanese OEM website that doesn't give any information.

My prebuilt wheels have pillar spokes, black, round, J bend. I broke one (<choke> ran over the wheel with my car - repairable bent rim, one spoke broken - whew!). My LBS replaced it with a similar black J bend DT spoke. FWIW, if you're just looking for a replacement, you can use a similar spoke from a different mfgr, as far as I know.

You can get Pillar from alchemy Bicycle Works. I'm not sure if they sell consumer direct though. Give them a call.
