New Cervelo S1 Bottom Bracket seems very tight

Folks,

I have only ridden my new Cervelo once, I put 42 miles on it everything felt fine. Today while cleaning it I noticed that the bottom bracket is tight. It turns smooth, but feels like a lot of drag on it. I have checked and nothing is visably dragging. I can see grease so I know the bearings are not dry. This is the first bike I have had that with external BB bearings. It this normal? Will they break in or is something out of adjustment?

Should break in. The fancy new seals on the bearings are nice and tight...
