Carbon fiber brake pads for vintage Chorus?

I just bought a pair of FSA RD-488 carbon wheels and need new pads for these wheels. Although I have upgraded almost everything else on my 1989 Klein Quantum, I have the original Campy Chorus first generation calipers. Does anyone know what brake pads or brake pad/holder assembly will work with these or do I need to replace the calipers (which otherwise work fine)?

Assuming the rim have carbon brake tracks (not aluminum inserts) the most highly recommended brake pads are "SwisSstop Yellow". These things are EXPENSIVE but they are reputed to work better than anything. Here is one source:

I told you they were expensive. There might be even more cost since the OP's vintage brakes will probably require new pad holders to accept these slip in pads.

Hey, you want the latest and lightest in Carbon rims, you got to pay the piper for the privilege.
