Maintenance Schedule
I'm looking for some help putting together a maintenance schedule for my race bike. (Cannondale CAAD9 105).
Had a search on here but couldn't find anything, did find this online but not sure if its any good or not.
Any help in putting together a schedule to keep my bike sweet would be good. I'm doing about 100-150 miles a week at present.

Bikes: Catrike 559 I own some others but they don't get ridden very much.

I operate on an "as-needed" basis.
Every time that I ride I make a mental note of anything that needs to be done on the particular bike that I'm riding. That's pretty much all that I do.

I tend to wipe down with a dry cloth, dry scrub with an old toothbrush and re-oil every couple of hundred miles (on road) and use a chain cleaner with citrus degreaser if there is a lot of junk stuck in the links. Keep an eye on chain wear, use a ruler or chain wear tool (google for the max acceptable wear lengths using a ruler). I usual replace a chain at about 1.5k miles which should reduce wear on the rest of the drive.
Clean the frame down when it gets covered in dirt. I tend to perform a fill overhaul once a year, removing all components and waxing the frame etc. It really depends on ride conditions and mileage. If conditions are wet then expect to get friendly with your tool box.
