Spoke length and internal nipples

I searched for an answer regarding this, but couldn't seem to find a clear answer. So I'm going to be using internal nipples with the wheels I'm going to be building up- according to someone you would have to add an additional 10mm to the spoke length in order to accommodate for the the spoke calculators focus on standard nipples. Would I have to make any adjustments regarding length of spokes while using internal nipples?

-- Also does anyone know a website that sells internal nipples as well? The only one I can find is alchemy and wheelbuilder(though I'm leaning towards wheelbuilder as those are a bit cheaper than the pilars)

It's 10mm to the spoke length calculated if you measrued the ERD to where the Nipple would meet the rim. All "internal" nipples is most of the time, is just a regular nipple but put on backwards.
