stubborn carbon post
my easton carbon post seems to be stuck in my aluminum frame. last time i moved it was about a year ago. any suggestions?

rubbing alcohol. pour it around the top, and get it in through the bottom bracket or through the water bottle bolt holes. it is a pretty good tool against the corrosion that has stuck your post. it's worked wonders for me.

Here are some.
Once the carbon post is freed (I agree with the rubbing alcohol approach), coat it with some Tacx assembly lube to prevent future seizing.
