Downtube shifter adapter for Cannondale

Somewhere between the break-down and build-up of my Cannondale, one of the plastic adapters that connects the shifter to the down tube broke (the right one, and the little cone that sticks into the smaller of the two holes on frame, if it helps). I re-did all the cable but I'm skipping gears now because I'm not getting proper friction.

I'm not really sure what to do here. Anyone got any suggestions?

You can get a replacement piece, if you are talking about what I think you are. Photos help.

I'm pretty sure you're talking about the downtube bolt-on cable stop. Any LBS should be able to sell you a set, or, if you're nice, give you one.
