Pinarello M.O.st Crankarm removal

Need help got a F3:13 with MOst Crank loosened the allen head bolt what next I assume I need a tool to remove the outer ring around the bolt it has two indented holes looks like some sort of spline tool required. Any body removed one before let me know.

A Google search turned up the information that M.o.s.t cranks are just Pinarello's house brand name and are actually OEM'ed by FSA. So they should remove and replace the same as their FSA equivalent.
