Loose SRAM Cassette Cogs
I've got a PG-990 Cassette installed on a Tiagra hub. It is torqued to spec, but the rear two cogs can be easily moved by hand. The play isn't much, but it is pretty obvious. I've got a fairly constant ticking noise when I pedal, and I've gone through everything. Thsi is the only unresolved issue that I can find. I've checked and all of the spacers are installed. Any ideas on a fix? Do I need to add a spacer behind the cassette? Thanks!

You shouldn't "need" a spacer since normally a 9-speed cassette on any 8/9/10-speed freehub body doesn't require one but, in your case the tolerances must have added up wrong. Try to get one of the 1 mm spacers Shimano includes with their 10-speed cassettes and see if that solves your problem.
