trouble installing rear rack

I just bought a bike, and I know it's a cheapy, but still didn't think it would give me this trouble.
I'm trying to figure out how to install a rear rack on it.
The bike has holes at the wheel base for attaching a rack, but nothing between the seat and the tire (i don't know the terms here...) And the frame is far too thick to attach anything to it...

Links to images are below. The second will let you zoom in closer. Hopefully someone can give me a helpful hint here--aside from getting a seat post mounted rack.

you'll have to get some steel P-clamps or seatpost collar with rack mounts on it.

P clamps should be included with the rack hardware.

I believe you have a bike that accepts fenders, but not a rack.

A seatpost clamp with a rack fitting may allow you to mount your rack.

Your frame has wishbone type seatstays which can make it difficult to mount a rack if threaded holes aren't incorporated in to it.

The p-clamps aren't going to work on that bike. If the bike accepts fenders, it'll accept a rack. You just bolt them to the same eyelet.
