Tire Width for Roval Pave SL

Does anyone know if Roval Pave SL rims will accept a 23c width tire?

Also, is there a way to figure out width ranges on wheelsets?

I emailed Specialized and after waiting 4 days for a response I received a very vague reply that didn't answer my question.

You want to know if a Royal Pave SL tire can accept a tire? You mean rim? I'm not familiar with a Royal Pave SL one way or the other.

What's the interior width of your rim? Try this link, scrolling down to the width consideration section http://www.sheldonbrown.com/tire_sizing.html

I have had the Roval Pave SL rims for at least 2 years now, and I had to go to 700 X 25 on mine. With the Conti Grand Prix 4000 tires, I kept splitting the sidewalls after about 100 miles if I used 700 X 23. Since I went to the 25s, I have never had an issue.
