How much pressure is needed to keep the crank from spinning?
It could be that your bottom bracket is just so smooth that it just moves with the slightest force... and there is always a little force exerted during freewheeling. The clicking sound is the pawls overcoming the resistance.
Unless it forces the crank with a significant force, I wouldn't sweat it, since you should be pedaling most of the time anyway.
In fact, I believe Sheldon Brown's reasoning to not service freewheel bearings was based on the facts that first, it was difficult to do, and second that you rarely coast, so they are the least used bearings on a bicycle.
