Rear wheel

Got american classic 350 sprints and my rear wheel hub has a small amount of play in it (maybe 1mm)when I move the rim. Do I need to tighten the hub or is this normal? I don't want to remove my cassette if I don't have to.

Check with the manufacturer for service requirements. You probably need to adjust the hub and there may be more service needed.

If it's already all tight, you probably have a bad bearing. You can download the take-apart from the American Classic website, and probably just go to mcmaster.com to buy a new bearing.
