Fork Seal Maintenance

Lately Ive been riding in Sandy, Dusty, Dry condtions. The seals on my fork are always dusty and I think its creating so stiction.

My questions is, how can you maintain these seals? Ive heard that you could use teflon coated lubes and put a bit on the seals. Ive also heard that you can use Manitou M Prep and lube it up a bit.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

P.S My fork is an Mars MX comp if it makes any difference.
