Specialized Road Hub Dissasembly

I was curious to know if anyone has attempted to take apart one of these hubs.

It came stock on my Specialized Tarmac Elite,
I am getting some play in the hub and I was trying to figure out how to, but for the life of me I cannot figure it out.

The main problems stems from the fact that I cannot get the dust seal off the non-drive side. It has a little (2.5) nut? that screws down to hold it securely in place but even when completely removed I cannot get the dust seal to budge. (see pic 2)

There are no allen key inserts on either end of the hubs axle

And there are no cone wrench nuts to loosen.

I am pretty sure I just need to get that dust seal off and I will be able to take it from there.... Help please!
