Head tubes are cut down...is that a worry?
looking at a cervelo R3 online......Is it a big deal that the head tubes have been cut? Should this be a worry? What kind of questions should I have for the seller....thanks

And if it's the latter then your question should be, is it long enough for me? And only you can answer that question.

Means the fork steerer hasn't been cut (or just a little, my interpretation of the description) not the headtube. You don't cut headtubes. Seller doesn't know what the **** he's saying.
