Securing Cork Grips to be Removable?

How do you glue down cork grips in a way that they can be non-destructively removed or adjusted in the future?
Heard of hairsrpay as an adhesive, but dunno how well it holds or how cleanly it releases should you want to remove them later...
Never dealt with cork grips before, any advice?

Anyway non-destructive removable ability is important because I went and made some nice personalized grips(artistic), and I'd want to keep them around should my handlebars ever change in the future...

Thanks

hairspray works for rubber grips.
to my knowledge, there is no sure way to temporarily, but safely install your cork grips. why don't you hang them on a wall?

I'm sure you've figured it out by now, just adding my experience to the internet for posterity.

I got Albatross bars and the Portuese grips from Rivendell. I want to try flipping the bars upside down after I ride them the right way for a few weeks. I wrapped around the grip-area with a single layer of masking tape, and that tiny bit of extra thickness made it so I had to really twist and push the grips into place. I've only been riding them for one day so far, but they're on quite snug and I know I can wrestle them back off if I need.
