I have a weird question

I have got this bike recently and the color of the fork(the part below the stem) is scratched off. It should be black in color, is there any way that I can fix it, thank you very much

PS please take look of my uploaded photo, indicated by the red arrow

That isn't supposed to be black. There's just no spacers there, put black spacers if you want.

ah ic, i saw this photo on trek website, so i thought that part should be black in color, anyway, thanks a lot

Nope, thats just the raw color. If you get some spacers you can make it look like new. Your LBS should sell them for a dollar or two each.
