Left cup is right-hand thread (normal - righty tighty, lefty loosey)
Right Cup is left-hand thread (reversed - lefty tighty, righty loosey)
Or.... With the tool at the 12 o'clock position, you will pull the cup wrench toward the front of the bike to remove the cups, push it toward the back of the bike to install the cups.
Italian thread = both cups are "normal" thread. Lefty loosey on both.

the only onfo I did not give was is it an english or italian thread but thanks to platypius I know that it is pertinent information. Sarcastic comments and suggesting google and new readeers did not help me find the answer.
I have built my bike from scratch and learnt from all the suggested sites.
so next time ask for the relevant info and stop being such a wan!@r

Here's some "power data" for you - You're welcome for the last help you'll get from me, too. I took the time to search and post in an attempt to help you and in return you bust my balls. Sorry I wasted your time.
PS - I didn't post "look it up on Google" - it's a LINK - look up how to use them on Google.
