Shimano side-pull spoke wheel repair?
I have a friend who has one of those black Shimano wheels where the spokes are tensioned at the hub and the head of the spoke attaches to the side of the rim - instead of the center.
Because the spoke tensions directly into the hub shell, the spoke must be the exact length. If it is too long it can not tighten, too short, of course is never a good idea.
I no longer work in a shop, is there an "official" Shimano part reference for the spoke, along with the length?
This part would be for a "drive side" spoke of a rear wheel - I am guessing at 175mm ....
Any help? I don't want to remove another spoke, just for measurement's sake...
