Brooks B17 tension-adjust screw fell out

On a ride earlier today the tension adjusting screw on my Brooks B17 saddle fell out. It is not obvious to me how it goes back together and so I'm asking for help.

First, do I have all of the pieces? Rather than try to write a description I took a picture of the 3 components that I retrieved.

Assuming that I do have all of the parts, how does it go back together? If someone could attach a detailed photo of how it should look that may be all that I need.

    Thank you.

Not positive on this, but it looks to me like your tension bolt is broken. I hear Brooks is pretty cool about repairs/returns.

If you right-click and choose View Image, this should be large-size and readable. EDIT - Never mind the previous. It worked! It's what came with a new B17 Brook's.

How do you keep an idiot in suspense?

That bolt definitely is broken, because it's way too short. Here is a picture of all the parts and how they fit together.
