High Tech Wheels, Trouble or Not ?

I was curious about truing problems on high tech wheels. I like the look of the Spinergy and similar carbon or graphite spoked wheels but wonder if there are more issues with them going out of true than conventional wheels? Once out of true can they be fixed? I regular wheel can easily be touched up with a spke wrench but what about all the carbon tri and quad spoke as well as disc wheels?
I am building up a TT bike and am down to the choosing the wheel stage now and would rather not make a big misake simply because one looks better than the other.

I am 6' 4" 220#

Thanks,
Tony
