Some help please, creeking sounds

Hello, I was riding today and when i pettle theres a creeking sound coming from my crank, And when I helled up the back tire and pettled there wasnt any sound so I realy have no idea what is going on. Thanks

Take the bottom bracket off and clean the threads with some degreaser and then put some lube on the threads on the bb and inside the frame also put some lube between the 2 bb pieces. I'm assuming you don't have a external bb.
