Ultegra 9sp HG93 Chain Question

Are there two types of Shimano Ultegra/XT 9sp HG93 chains? Some i see are advertised as 'super narrow' and others don't carry this anecdote.

I ask because I am running a 9sp Veloce group and want to switch to 10sp chorus cranks, and I've heard a normal campy 9sp chain is too large for those chainrings. Does anybody have any recommendations on a more narrow chain that will shift well with 9sp campy mechanisms and 10sp campy chain rings? I've heard this ultegra chain should work, but not sure about the specs/durability.

Thanks!

There is only one HG93 model chain. The advertising fluff will vary but they are all the same.

"Ultra narrow" is probably a left over claim from the days when 9-speed was new. 9-speed chains are narrower than 7/8-speed chains that used to be called "narrow" to separate them from older 5/6-speed chains.

I've also heard that Shimano 9-speed chains will work well on Campy 10-speed drivetrains. This was commonly done when the first generation Campy 10-speed chains developed a reputation for fragility and a very touchy installation procedure.
