FSA K-Force crank with Dura Ace bottom bracket
I tried installing a FSA K-Force crank with a Dura Ace bottom bracket (with Enduro ceramic bearings) but it's too tight when I tighten it all the way and the crank can't spin freely. So I loosened it to the point where it's semi-tight and the crank can spin. I also put Loctite 641 (supplied from FSA) on it. I'm not sure that'd be good enough and I'm afraid it might loosen when I'm biking.
Anyone have experience installing a FSA K-Force crank with Dura Ace bottom bracket (specifically, with Enduro ceramic bearings)? Did you use any of the washers and/or o-rings that came with the MegaExo bottom bracket?

IIRC, the K-Force won't work with the Dura-Ace. There are some threads here, or FSA can be contacted. Mind you, I'm working from recollection. I know they'll work with the Gossamers that use the MegaExo BB, but I seem to recall the K series used a wider bearing, subsequently the overall BB width was more.

I know they're kind of similar but that article dealt more with the K-Force Light and a Chris King bottom bracket but I have a regular K-Force and a Shimano bottom bracket with Enduro bearings.
It does say "The BB8000 (meant for K-Force) does indeed use a 7 mm width bearing, yet its design does not allow for use of a Chris King bottom bracket." I guess I'm still hoping the Shimano bottom bracket is different enough from the Chris King that the K-Force design works with it. Plus, I don't want to get another MegaExo bottom bracket as people have been saying they have problems with them.

It's an overall width issue. Shimano and Chris King will be the same overall, and the BB8000 will be different. The BB6000 is the same overall as the Shimano and the CK. Basically, if the K-Force needs a BB8000, you're stuck with the FSA BB. If it uses the BB6000 you're good. According to the spec I see tho, it uses the BB8000
