Recommend soft canvas tool bag for travel

I am looking for advice on a small-ish soft tool bag I can put in my trunk to bring to events/races. I just need it to hold some basic tools, shop towels, brushes etc.

Thanks.

A gym bag or small duffle bag will do.

Park makes a tool roll that has a bunch of pockets and rolls up into a cylindrical bundle. You could make something similar out of heavy cloth if you have access to a sewing machine.

Places like Harbor Freight and Home Depot sell tool bags that have a lot of pockets and dividers to keep tools separate and should be a bit more organized than a plain duffle.

Wal*Mart: "All Purpose Zipper Bag" 12" x 7.5" by the checkout stands. Nylon mesh with vinyl coating/lining on the inside makes it fairly water resistant. Only costs a few dollars and holds everything I need (screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, tire patch kit, med kit) with room to spare.

This is "bullet proof", I use one for my home maint. tools.
