I use the Tacx chain tool to install several different 1/8" chains, including Izumi, SRAM, and KMC. It works fine, no problems, pin goes in smoothly, plates are held secure and not damaged.
I was hesitant to buy it, figuring the cheap price meant a cheap tool, but I was pleasantly surprised.
