Pinarello headset
Hi yall, does anyone where to order a new headset for a 2004 Pinarello Galileo.
It has two cartridge or sealed type bearings (42mm OD, 30mm ID and 7mm wide). Also the fork crown race is worn and needs replacing.
If anyone has one or knows where to order one on-line i'd be much oblidged if you let me know, thanks.

Look closely at the rubber seal on the bearings and find the standardized bearing part# (usually 4-digit). Then search for that bearing at various sites that carry replacement bearings:

Gita Bike is Pinarello's importer so contacting them should give you a replacement parts source.

I don't know if these bearings are standard items or proprietary so, as Danno suggested, read the part numbers from the seals and see if one of the standard bearing supply houses can match them. It will be a lot cheaper if they can.
As to the crown race, I'm suprised it's worn as sealed bearings don't "run" on it, the race is just a support plate. You might have to source this through Gita.
