How to replace the bottom bracket and what to buy?

Ok i have a 2006 giant rincon w/ what I believe is the below crankset.
ISOflow 3.1 8/9 speed PowerSpline / Square taper 64/104 mm

I'm moving the components into this frame.

My questions are.
I need at 68MM bottom bracket right? Will the old crank arms and work with this new bottom bracket?

What tools do I need to do the conversion? What about the length of the BB, how do i know what i should use? Also, can I use a longer than normal BB?

Finally, what do you think I should buy? Im fine with a sealed or non-sealed BB, whatever is easier to install is what i'm looking for.

Thanks very much in advance!!

New frame, if the specs are right will take a 68bb - why can't you just move the bb to the other frame? You have just thecrankset and no bb?

Im not sure. The existing BB looks like it might be too small to fit within the new frame. I don't have a crank removal tool so i cannot check for sure.

If the specs are correct on that webpage, it should fit just fine.

Ok, i'm going to attempt to move the BB today. I need this new frame to give me enough space to create a motorized bike
