A picture or 3 would help us see what you're talking about exactly. Aluminum itself doesn't corrode. It forms a single layer of a white Aluminum Oxide which seals the metal from further oxidation (rust - but white rather than orange). So the aluminum-frame shouldn't be "bubbling." What is the frame painted with? Could the paint be what's failing?

Oh but it DID!


It's OK now, ..I fixed it.


The lettering is on, but the rest of the paint scheme is still being worked on. That's why I haven't cleaned the holes or attached the new cable guides.
