Shimano and FSA External Bottom Brackets?

Are they interchangeable? I'm looking at a used bike that has an FSA Mega-Exo BB, and I'll need to replace the cranks. Can you put a Shimano Tiagra (hollowTech II) crank on an FSA external BB?

Thanks

I think so. I've done the opposite. I've got the FSA Crank on an Ultegra BB.

I believe the FSA BB's that come with their carbon cranksets are not interchangeable with Shimano external BB's, but otherwise they are.
