Shimano RX100 crank removal?

I have an old cannondale 3.0 with a RX100 crank. I took the dustcap off and the 14mm bolt, but when i took the bolt out there was no square tapered hole behind it, just a long threaded hole for the bolt. Ive never seen this before, and am not sure how to go about removing the crank arm. Before i go any further can someone tell me how to do this? my crank pulled has a little piece that attached to the tip that is a larger circular piece. So if im thinking about this correctly perhaps i use that attachment, and use the crank puller just like i would on a square tapered crank?

Look again and see if there is a washer inside the hole the crank fixing bolt came out of. Be sure to remove it before making any attempt to use the crank puller. The RX100 had a standard square taper bb and leaving the washer in will destroy the crank's puller threads if you try to remove it.

Your crank puller appears to be set up for Octalink/ISIS bottom brackets which have large diameter hollow spindles and require a larger end on the puller screw press. See if this large diameter part unscrews from the puller. If so, remove it. If it won't come off you need an older design puller.
