9sp downtube shifters for braze ons

Does anyone know of decent 9sp downtube shifters for braze ons, either indexed or not to fit downtube of Surly LHT? I want to use with a flat handlebar unless the bar ends will work with a flat handlebar.

Shimano still seems to be making Dura Ace downtube shifters in 9 speed (SL-7700). These seem to be tough to find in the US but this vendor in the UK has them:

I personally like the feel of retrofriction levers. Diacompe Silver at rivbike.com or veloorange.com. These are licensed copies of the Suntour Retrofriction shifters.

Alternatively, you can convert your bar ends to thumb shifters on your flat bar by purchasing the paul thumbies. They are basically mounts that allow you to mount your barend shifters on flat bars.

The Dura Ace ones are super nice. I just picked some up maybe a month back. I'm pretty sure I can get more of them too.
