Anyone else from Brooklyn NY?

This may be OT.
I just bought a bike again for the first time in like 10 years. I did a google maps search to see the bike shops in my area. Pretty much every single bike shop that came up being located in Brooklyn had a 2/5 star rating on google/city search. The most awful comments and reviews.

anything from "I came in and the mechanic bent my spoke so i would have to come back to fix it."(R&A cycles)
to " I bought a Schwinn cruiser, and while i was getting cash from an ATM the mechanics swapped the parts on it for **** quality parts."(dixons)

how can every single LBS suck so much? unbelievable

Brooklyn, NY 11221
