anyone braze-on new cable stops and using jtek??

I'm using a jtek shifter with a shimano derailleur and a campy ergo. It works great! I want to reroute my cables along the top tube and down the seat stay for the rear derailleur. I'm thinking its not going to matter but figure i'd ask. Will it change my pull ratio at all? I'm not sure how sensitive these jtek things are and if doing this will make shifting off??

Curious... anyone with a surly cc do this?

brazing cable stops and brake cable hanger/bridge...

I have an older steel frame that I would like customized. Assuming that I have the parts, about how much should i expect to pay for the following:

remove downtube cablestops, top tube stops, chainstay derailleur stop
braze-on triple cable stops on the top tube
braze-on down the seat stays
braze-on behind the seat tube
braze-on a brake cable hanger/bridge

Anyone is the DC area interested in doing this for me?? name your price.

thanks!
