Tarmac S-Works Dbl to compact

I'm thinking about buying an '07 S-Works Tarmac SL but it's a dbl and I need a compact.
It's set up with an S-Works FACT carbon crankset with an S-Works oversized bottom bracket.
What do I have to replace to convert it to a compact?
I ask because I read somewhere that only a Specialized shop has the tools to convert it.
Thanks
