What happened to Allwood?
I just looked up my favorite maintenance book on Amazon.com, only to find that it's out of print:

What happened? I'm rather distressed, the more so because I believe I loaned my copy to a someone -- I don't know who -- and will probably never see it back again.
Will there be a new edition?
Has Allwood given up? (I hope not).
While I have Zinn and the Park Tool book, Allwood has always been my "go to" source of information. She has a gift for getting the essence of a task across quickly, with just a few photos and captions.
