converting 6 speed to 7 speed?

Is it possible to switch a 12 speed bike to a 14 speed bike? Can I keep the same deraillers? I have entry level campy deraillers? What about the downtube shifters?

Yes, you likely only need a 7 speed freewheel. Yes. Yes , if the shifters are friction.

You'll probably also have to insert a spacer between the right cone and lock nut. If you do that, the wheel will go on a little tightly, but it'll fit.
