Top pull deraileurs?

I'm looking to build up an older steel mountain frame and thought about putting a larger front crankset on it. What is the largest capacity front top/pull deraileur. Most I have seen say 44T. Any way I can go to say 48 like on a touring crank. Or even bigger? It's clamp on BTW.

One for a 44 will probably work.If you want bigger look for an older type that was used with 48t rings or better yet use a road FD and pull reverser as used on cross bikes.
