Floor Pump -- need one that works and is CHEAP!

So part of my Easter involved doing some safety checks and adjustments on some kids bikes that my sister-in-law has. The Walmart tire pump she had could not fill a tire past about 30 pounds. I want to get a better pump for her, but with kids ranging from 6-17 years old (there are 6 of them), it will get abused and will likely have a shorter life than if adult owned.

Ideally I would love to be around $10-12, but know that may be impossible. The one she bought was a Bell floor foot pump and well what a POS.

Ouch! Going to be hard to find anything much that is good in that price range. If your LBS is a Serfas dealer, their lower priced pump (don't remember model, sorry) is pretty good. Their better one, the FP200 is closer to $50.00 I think but has a lifetime warranty.

Planetbike Sport floor pump $29.99, seen it on Amazon.com for $25 + free shipping.
Lifetime warranty, 25% of their profits go to cycling advocacy.

Not being cheap actually saves you money. With that budget you might as well say screw the floor pump. You can pickup a compressor on sale for like $10 that will do over 100psi for no work.
