Trouble sourcing nipples for Shimano T-565 wheel
A non drive side nipple on my Shimano T-565 rear wheel cracked, so I went to the LBS where I got the wheel. After a month and a half I got a call that the spokes have arrived. Well they arrived without the nipples! I then asked them to get in some nipples that have different part numbers from the spokes. Many months have passed and I never heard about the nipples from that LBS.
Could a kindly bike mechanic who has good relations with Shimano dealers get me some nipples which I'd be happy to pay for with postage? I'm reluctant to go back to the same LBS on this issue.
Here are the particulars:
Link for the wheel's parts list: https://techdocs.shimano.com/media/te...9830608684.pdf
NDS nipple part no. Y-4AF 05000
DS nipple part no. Y-012 Z4200
I suppose the DS nipples might crack too eventually being Alu. This event inspired me to start building wheels!

I know you won't want to hear this, but a conventional wheel is still better than all of the oddball spoked things the manufacturers sell as new and improved.
That said if there is a Sun and Ski sports near you they have gotten the nipples for a friend. The things are expencive as I recall.
