Chris King Hub Question

I just picked up a set of Chris King universal hubs and they have the 12mm disc adaptors installed. Since I'm going to be using V-brakes I was going to remove the adaptor. Are these pressed on? If so, how do I remove them safely?

Thanks for the information.

I'd contact Chris King directly. They will have the exact information you need.

FYI, I just talked the Evan at King and he said they are pressed on and should remove by hand or light force. Thanks, I should have just called them first but since I'm in Atlanta, I assumed they'd be closed but low and behold it's 3 hrs earlier in Portland.

Cheers.

Good. No one knows the details of the product like the people who make them! There are exceptions (Campy USA is known to give erroneous information about their products) but generally the manufacturer/distributor is the best source.

Amazing what a spherical planet can do for you. It's raining in Portland, too... how's it in Hotlanta?
