Updating Bianchi Tangent - Need derailleur/shifter advice

My old Road/Hybrid bike, bought new in 1995. I rode it frequently for 6 years, then built some other bikes. Ever since the Bianchi has languished in the basement. I love the springy Prestige frame, and I want to upgrade the drive train so I can start using the bike again for commuting.

Original components were Suntour XC, and drop handlebars with the "butterfly" (?) shifters that sit on the inside of each brake lever. The only major component change I made originally was a Shimano XTR triple crank set in place of the Suntour cranks.

I want to set the bike up with integrated brake/shifters and just bought new wheels w/ an Ultegra 10sp cassette.

    My question:
The bike has a top-pull front derailleur, and I want to keep that style because it allows all cables to run along the top tube, away from road gunk. Are there any modern 10sp/triple brake/shifters that will work with a top-pull FD?

Ideally, I'd love to keep the Suntour FD, but I'll switch to any other top-pull that would work. Also, I plan to switch out the original RD for something that matches the 10sp cogs, and I may need to replace the chain rings to accommodate the thinner 10sp chain.

    Thanks for any advice.

Since you're using a triple front with a 10s setup, you'll first have to make sure your left 10s shifter is triple compatible, then source any Shimano top pull triple front, compatible with your chainrings and seat tube diameter or braze-on..
