115-120 rear dropout spacing on aluminum frame?

Is that normal? I always thought with aluminum it had to be exactly right or else it will fatigue.
I'm not thinking about buying this. I was just browsing because I was bored.

2.5mm isn't that big and frames generally don't come perfectly spaced to the hub spacing.
It Makes the wheel go in easier.
