Where to find 1" top cover (dust cap?) for integrated headset?

One inch stuff is almost extinct these days - even FSA doesn't have a replacement top cover!! Anyone seen any 1" stuff online or have something in your bottom drawer of misc parts? As seen here:

Note that this is for an integrated 'set - but would a top cover from a threadless work also?

Thanks in advance.

To be clear, you're talking about the top cap as labeled here? http://sheldonbrown.com/gloss_ha-i.html#headset

If so, any 1" top cap will work. It doesn't matter what's going on below the stem; above it, they're all the same.

If your fork's steerer is carbon fiber, then you should use a compression plug.

No, the conical shaped "spacer" smack in the middle of the picture. It's called the top cover or dust cap (according to FSA) - not to be confused with the TOP CAP as you pointed out. And yes, I do have the appropriate compression plug for the carbon fork. Thanks.
