Tekro Oryx replacement

I have a fantom cx cyclocross. Need replacement pads. I had ordered these

The MTB pad (second from bottom) should fit, though I'd prefer a "holder type" that allowed replacement of just the cartridge itself...such as this.

I just ordered these Kool Stops (front and rear) for same Tekro Oryx brakes. Looking forward to a substantial upgrade in stopping ability.
